R&D achievements

It owns 56 items of independent intellectual property rights, and multiple research results have won Science and Technology Progress Awards. The company has developed one-piece combined gear forgings, as well as near-net-shape precision forgings for hypoid gears and one-piece combined gears, effectively advancing the lightweighting of automotive components. It was honored with the Forging Association’s “High-Quality Forging Award” and the “Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award,” and was recognized as domestically leading. The project was included in the “Special Program for Introducing Urgently Needed Talents in Key Supported Regions of Shandong Province,” and is of great significance to the industrialization of anti-fatigue manufacturing technology for spiral bevel gears in automotive drive axles.
