1. Added overlap coefficient. The tooth line of the helical bevel gear is curved, and at least two or more teeth in the transmission are in contact at the same time, reducing the impact, stabilizing the transmission and reducing the noise.

2. Increase the helix angle, increase the overlap coefficient, reduce the load specific pressure, wear uniformly, increase the load capacity, and prolong the service life.

3. The transmission ratio is large, and the number of small gear teeth can reach at least 5 teeth.

4. The gear contact point can be adjusted with the cutterhead radius.

5. It can grind the tooth surface, improve the contact point, improve the roughness of the tooth surface, and reduce the noise.

However, due to the presence of the helix angle of the tooth line, the helical bevel gear generates an axial force during the transmission process, and the appropriate bearing should be selected during use.
